SUGGESTED USE:
· Use Palatinox 100 depending on physical activity, sports activity and diet
· we recommend dividing the daily dose (60 g) into two portions
· mix Palatinox 100 with water, tea ar another drink

PalatinoseTM (isomaltulose) is excellent energy source for athletes and physically active adults.
Comsumption of foods and beverages with PalatinoseTM content reduces glycemia increasing in comparison with foods and beverages containing sugar (it has lower glycemic index value).
It is possible to intake it before, during or after the training.
