Z-Bar is a 1.20m long training bar with 28mm diameter. It’s made of solid steel and features spinlock collars for quick weight change and greater safety during training as these specially made collars prevent the weight plates from slipping. The Z-Bar is ideal for arms (biceps and triceps), shoulder and back training. The bar is chrome plated for greater durability over time and it is coated with anti-slippery material. It can hold up to 125kg of weight. The inner width of the bar is 85cm, weight 6kg.
