Dosage
The recommended dose for the 1st to 4th day is 2 capsules before breakfast and 1 capsule in the afternoon.
From the 5th day onwards, the recommended dose is 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 capsules in the afternoon.
Consume them with 1 full glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose for 24 hours.
Do not use the product for more than 8 consecutive weeks.
